AMFS Leads in Water Filtration Technology

Advanced Mobile Filtration Services LLC (AMFS) is an industrial water filtration company providing one of the most innovative and effective water treatment solutions in commercial use today.

Unlike conventional spiral-wound filters, our system employs permanent membrane separation technology. With our ability to filter hundreds of thousands of gallons per day, big jobs can be tackled in shorter times.

Why Choose AMFS Filtration?

Learn why government, specialized, and private sector industries trust AMFS to effectively manage their water problems.

By eliminating the need for pre-filtration chemical interaction, AMFS drastically improves the permeate reuse options available based client permitted options. In some instances, contaminants can be beneficial reuse byproducts. Our permanent membrane technology also mitigates the disposal of media cartridges that plagues traditional filtration to improve the environmental footprint. We partner with many other change agents to provide one-stop-shop solutions such as zero-liquid discharge situations as well as optimize the multi-vendor touch points that many of our clients’ face.

AMFS offers emergency, near and long-term provisions to support our clients’ needs and support contaminant removal needs by providing emergency, near and long-term filtration solutions. We can operate anywhere in the world and our certified in-house CDL operators can be at any U.S. location within 72 hours and our highly-skilled filtration operators will set up pressing even in the most hard to reach locations with our advanced engineered design including on-board crane and self-leveling technology. For long-term needs, our solutions-oriented team can work out even the most complex obstacles with our one-stop-shop approach.

We understand constraints associated with traditional filtration such as footprint, flow rate, water quality and a myriad of contaminants can increase the complexity of an environmental hazard. Our technology curtails these constraints and more by providing a compact, chemical-free, high flow and low-pressure answer while reducing the overall environmental impact of contaminant and filter disposal. AMFS truly provides an answer to water contamination at the most difficult and seemingly impossible contamination treatment levels.

  • Conventional: Pretreatment/pre-filtration is required to increase the efficiency, life expectancy, and RO compatibility.
AMFS: +50% v/v solids loading acceptable without prefiltration using vibration.
  • Conventional: Membranes can last between hours to years.
AMFS: Membranes operating still after 30+ years
  • Conventional: Large footprint of equipment for treatment.
AMFS: Footprint 1/5th size of conventional.
  • Conventional: Pretreatment requires polishing of permeate after treatment.
    AMFS: No chemicals, no polishing.
  • Conventional: Requires 3rd party support for crane and setup support.
AMFS: Completely mobile with an onboard crane.

What Our Clients Are Saying

We were fortunate to have AMFS quickly mobilize their filteration equipment to the site as winter conditions were imminent and it was imperative. The AMFS team exceeded our expectations and work activities were completed professionally and ahead of schedule all while dealing with extremely challenging conditions. We recommend AMFS to anyone who is looking for a solution to water contamination mitigation.

Kirk KapfhammerPartner at Endpoint Solutions

An industrial facility in West Virginia faced a significant challenge due to legacy landfill leachate that had been in contact with waste material for years, resulting in elevated concentrations of arsenic and selenium—levels that would have classified it as hazardous waste if disposed of offsite. After extensive research into available treatment options, the AMFS filtration system emerged as the only viable solution capable of achieving the stringent discharge limits required under the facility’s NPDES permit. The AMFS system exceeded expectations, successfully treating the leachate and reducing the volume requiring offsite disposal to just one-third of the original amount. No other technology we evaluated could achieve this level of performance.
