Mike holds a BS in Finance from TCU where he’s served on the Board of the Neely School of Business, and the Chancellor’s Advisory Board and the School of Fine Arts.
More than 35 years as CEO for a Public Affairs Company and senior advisor to Fortune 100 and 500 companies in government relations, public policy, public affairs & crisis communications. He has represented major Oil & Gas trade associations / companies on public policy issues and regulatory reform with three U.S. Administrations. Policy advisor for overseas not-for-profits sponsored by U.S. Government Agencies.
Chief Operation Officer
With more than 20 years global experience in O&G sector, Gerard specializes in engineering, project management and procurement. He provides technical & operational support of wastewater management, treatment & disposal. Gerard’s successes trace back to his service in the U.S. Army Infantry Division. Holder of several U.S. patents and author of published papers on fluids and waste management, Gerard has served as Chairman of API-RP13C and served as local Rotary President.
Has worked with over twenty-two start-ups both domestically and internationally, working in new business development, sales, brand management, marketing, research and development, and advertising. In 2001 he founded The TGA Sports after consulting for several years with authors, speakers, athletes and coaches. He has served as the President of Autograph Solutions, Inc. a solution based business that works with colleges and universities.
More than 20 years of experience with environmental management supporting the O&G industry in addition to crisis response working alongside the Army Corps of Engineers, the National Park Service and local municipalities for hurricanes such as Katrina, Charley, Ike and Michael. In addition, Levi’s strengths in engineering and equipment operations contributed to the scale-up, fabrication and operation of large aquatic and land-based machinery throughout the Gulf of Mexico coastal plain.
